Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Daybooked, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Daybooked.

Daybooked is a booking and client management platform for dog trainers and groomers. We provide tools to manage appointments, communicate with clients, and collect deposits. Daybooked is a software platform only and is not responsible for the services provided by trainers or groomers to their clients.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your profile up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You agree to notify us immediately at daybooked@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Deposit payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Daybooked does not store payment card information. Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions. All transaction fees charged by Stripe are the responsibility of the account holder and are separate from Daybooked subscription fees. Daybooked acts solely as a technology platform and is not a party to any payment transaction between trainers and their clients.

Deposit refund policies are set by individual trainers and are their sole responsibility. Daybooked has no liability for any disputes between trainers and clients regarding deposits or refunds. Daybooked subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Daybooked. By uploading content, you grant Daybooked a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely in connection with providing the service. You may not upload content that is illegal, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Daybooked respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to daybooked@gmail.com including: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL where the infringing content appears, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daybooked, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your provision of services to clients.

Daybooked is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daybooked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Daybooked reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at daybooked@gmail.com.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
